I saw one of those in Warwick (GB) about a week ago.  It was painted the brightest red you can image and had the numberplate "LAZ 98".

And I thought "uh-huh, yeah right, I can really see Lazs driving round in one of those tiny little things."

Anyway.

Have:

'02 Suzuki GSX-R600

Want:

Aston Martin DB9

Um.....and the bike.

Momus! Capri boy? You cannot be serious! You make me feel young again. :D The Capri was OK in its day. But more power than it could handle. A friend of mine had a 3.0s in the 70s and said the back end would be all over the place. No limited slip diff by the sound of it. How do you like the Merc C Class? I was thinking about getting one.

But in all probability, I'll settle on this now that they've finally come up with the 4WD version. The front end of my Mk4 can be like the back end of a Capri! Expecting to do the deal in Sept/Oct, or at least before the winter. Likely to choose this colour too.

What I drive now:

What I want to drive:

The above is not really efficient for a daily driver, but I will be commuting to work only 2 days a week beginning this fall...so its realistic.  Long trips we use our truck, it carrys 6 people.

wide... Friend of mine has one of those 7's  an original one... it makes my Healey seem like a roomy luxury car.   They are not too slow tho and handle pretty good.  sounds like crap tho.

I have now... 55 Healey superman with 331 400+ hp chevy V8 and muncie 4 speed bilstein shocks and too many mods to mention..

I have now a 69 el camino with 468 big block and richmond gear 6 speed and hotchkiss and bilstien suspension..

have a R75/6 BMW bike my son gave me to put around on and with.

I have now a 2000 Lincoln town car for driving the smml's around

I am happy with the selection..  I could use more time to play with em.

I might someday want to build another 55-62 vette with c6 or better drivetrain.

lazs

Yep, back to the grind! We're heading out for a week in our camper for fishing/waterskiing in July. I can't wait!

Rip - just my opinion, but what you have now looks waaay better than what you say you want to have.
