Ah... I think you're confusing perception with intention and trying to be absolute when you do it.

Trying to figure out how to prevent people from doing something affects everyone. It should not be about prevention.

*in Dog Years 5 minuites is like 4 days... If you have to rethink what you posted 5 minutes ago then maybe you shouldn't be posting*

Just my $0.02

oppsss.... edited for clarification...

Dammm Dog just corrected me... it's 5 days ...O'Ryan Rules.

Wait Cat, Kassion and Dwag O'Ryan are debating minutes ~vs~ years... Kassion has a good point... "Why is it always in DOG Years?''...

Oh chit... O'Ryan just tossed Kassion into the pool...Deep End... BRB....

It was not a punishment. It was not anything close to what you are saying MD.  How many ways to say this.....you made an assumption on why it was changed.
The assumption was wrong.

An error occurred which caused the edit expiration time to be borked.  I could not remember what the initial time was, so I guessed.  Nothing more, nothing less.

This group is starting to remind me of the guy running around in circles screaming his hair is on fire when someone three blocks away lights a match.

EDIT: That may be a little too much of a stretch.  How about the guy that runs and jumps off the cliff before asking if there is a safety net waiting?

I think we should all calm down, everyone seems to be overly reactionary far too soon.

It's the weekend, get outside and do something fun.

Ah.. this could have been explained a bit further up skuzzy. "Wrong" didn't really touch on this at all.

The old time was 2 weeks btw.

Quite right.  Actually I am working on some furniture for the house, but I have to come in a cool off a bit due to the heat.

Nah.. it was two weeks. When I gave up my old URL, I went to change some of the pictures I'd posted and got the two weeks error. I know I've edited a day past to correct links and such.

Just saying.

No, just older and smarter.  When it hits 110F+ in the garage, I take my time and cool down breaks.

Sounds like a classic case of "out of  the fry pan and into the fire" to me LOL

Simple solution to me would seem to be to put the edit thing back the way it was and make editing a MP's edit and instant bannable offence. Then enforce it.
