HELP !!! HELP !!! what kind of service is this?
I have sent three requests since June 11 to billing@hitechcreations.com to cancel my sub and have not received a confirmation from HiTech Creations that this has been done. According to the "HiTech Creations Terms of Service Agreement" I should get a confirmation on the day the e-mail is sent to them.
The terms of service regarding cancelling a sub state ....

4. Your HiTech Creations account may be cancelled, at any time, by the following methods: select Delete Account from the Aces High(tm) Admin menu, by telephoning 817-251-1540 or by sending an e-mail to billing@hitechcreations.com directing us to cancel yo
ur account. Termination of your HiTech Creations Account will be effective on the day that HiTech Creations receives your cancellation submission or phone call directing us to cancel your account and you have received an e-mail confirmation. You will be liable for any charges, including any monthly fees, incurred by you until such effective date.

Giardia,

Your account has been cancelled as of June 19th.

I did not receive any e-mails requesting the deletion of your account until this morning.

I am sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused and I will check into the reason why any previous e-mails were not received.

Yankee, thank you.

I did not look for any other method to unsubscribe, other than the method outlined in the e-mail received from Hitech Creations at the time the sub was created.
Perhaps the on-line unsubscribe link should be included in that form letter you send out with new subs.

Again, thanks for looking after this for me.
