The Frame Co's from last weeks cancelled event will be the same CO's for this week 7/8/05 please have your orders out by Wednesday 7/6/05 to your side. You guys can use the same orders or make new ones if you need a new copy of the orders let me know.

I have chatted things over with 68KO and others. This week is still messed up because of July 4th holiday and other issues.

I don't want to delay another frame so I will be taking over and doing the orders for the allied side. I should have a confirmation shortly on who will be doing the orders for the Axis side.

I have received the allied orders. Battle plan will go out tomorrow.

Nefarious has agreed to run the axis side.

k,im gonna try to be real calm here.just wondering if you guys are doin this on purpose to me or what is goin on?i asked very politely three times for this to be passed on because we already did our rotation and was denied 3 times.i was told that if i didnt want to do it then it was my responsability to find someone else to do it from the list of squads.i felt this meant that it was my responsability to do it, and i dint want to just pass the buck,so i made plans,again,and arranged for fate to be ready for it.now youve changed it without even notifying me?when were you planning on letting fate know?consider us notified please,its all yours.fate will be ready.ty for your time in reading this.

p.s. wind,just so you understand whats goin on.it was not and is not just a walk on event for us,we are the ones assigned to make all the orders for the entire axis side this week.thats 13 squads.thats why it takes 5 hours,at least.as xo of fate i am the one who usually does this for our squad.

All squad are responsible for running a frame when its their turn. The rules allow for you finding a replacement but it is not the responsibility of the CM to find one for you. So if this is what you want to do ask your fellow axis commanders for somebody else to do it instead of you.

You have clearly made your point to me (on the BBS and via email) that you don't want to do it and believe you have done your part over the past several days and it is not fair to make you do it again. But that you will if we insist.

I was informed by APdrone that we have not heard from Dace yet of the 65th.

So I threw in the towel and I made a decision yesterday that, to put it bluntly, I don't want to deal with the aspect of this situation and take any chance of orders not going out again. Or forcing you to do something that you are so dead set against and debating with me and others about.

So I stepped in and I am taking over getting the allied orders out. Personally I don't want to do it. I have quite a bit to handle in my real life at the moment. As for the Axis side I found a reliable person on that side that I trust to get the orders out for them.

I posted here yesterday of these actions.

Have I emailed the squads yet .. no. I have been dealing with others issues not related to this game.

As to your point elsewhere on the BBS about how Squad Ops is broke and it should not cancelled because of one person. First of all it has been cancelled in the past for the same exact reason.

Usually it is do to the CiC not having a designated XO. We have come down hard on this now and squads have to designate a second contact person. In this case it was unique since both the CO and XO of the 65th live in the same area. So the outage and connection problems affected both of them.

This is a rather unique situation .. I have never come across a squad having its CO and XO actually living within a short distance before (at least not in FSO).

As for why I did not send a mass email to everyone. Well I don't have access to the computer that had the admin user name and password and events admin page anymore and have to go dig it up through previous emails saved on another computer.
