That's perfectly normal Maverick.   However nothing hides from the truth.

No matter how things go, there is a dignity with truth and that's all that matters.

And to Lazs too.  He's the most truthful person on this board.  I trust his opinion about the same as yours, except I was raised along the lines racial boundaries were observed.

maybe I am being slightly obtuse mav but I don't mean to.  I would say that race today would mean a predominance of racial features that were geneticaly passed on by ancestors of that race.

To me... race is and was the genetic features that were regional.   These features are diluted by mixing of various races.

I believe that I am not alone in using the word "race" instead of the one "human"

As a cop.... I believe that you would have far more use for a description that I gave of a fleeing suspect if I said "asian" or "negro" or white rather than "dark skinned" "dark haired" or light skinned say.

Most people are able to say that this or that person is "asian" or "hispanic" or white or whatever.... mixing of the races makes identification by race more difficult but does not make it impossible for the vast majority of people.

would you be more comfortable if we simply said "looked like a negro/asian/white (whatever) person?

When I say asian appearance... do you not get a picture in your mind based on racial features?   be honest now.... what about negro?  does that give you a mental picture?   white?

Does that make you racist or simply honest?

It's all semantics... one race, with many ethnic differences. ;)

semantics or PC speak/newspeak?

semanitics, similar words can be interchangeable...

No such thing with "white" or "negro" or "race" and the word "human".

If you say that you don't like to have sex with women with negro features say...

That means one thing.  Everyone will get your point.

If you say that you don't like to have sex with women with human features...

it means quite another... besides being bizzare and sounding like it is an illegal/immoral act.
