I suppose this has been a long standing issue considering how long we've had the new 190s. I have a squad in the TA with nose art uploaded. When looking at any of the 190s I noticed that none of them were displaying any squad art while all other aircraft were. P38s and Ki84s display squad art like normal so it doesn't seem to be inherent to renovating planes.
