I might be wrong, but I'm sure that the La-9 is now in New Zealand.

Just found this:

The Old Flying Machine Company have recently announced their intention to operate a newly restored Yak 3 from Duxford for the 2005/6 airshow seasons. The aircraft is currently being re-built by Pioneer Restorations in New Zealand, the same company that rebuilt OFMC's Lavochkin La-9 seen in the UK in 2003. Sadly the La-9 returned to New Zealand at the end of the 2003 season after only one season due to a temporary exemption issued by the UK Civil Aviation Authority.  

From what I understand OFMC sold it to TFC who also fly a lot of aircraft down in New Zealand.

Ahh! Right enough. Great show, but we Scots are not used to such temperatures. Phew!
