how do u make a diff skin for knights and bishops,
c47 bishop americans,knights jap
is going to be the same skins is theres anyway to make it different?
one for jap and the other foe USA

Currently that is not possible.  Skins accepted by HTC are available throughout all arenas and to all players, regardless of ingame country.  Specific skins per ingame country do not exist.
