And what about triple trailers?  I hear it only takes a butterfly's sneeze to make 'em fly off the road, and kill soccer moms and innocent kids for miles around!

"Has this guy never seen what an F4 can do to a fully loaded semi-truck?"

I'm sure he has, considering that's what he apparently spends much of his time doing.   I'd wager his goal is to drive it into lower-powered tornados, a task for which that vehicle looks plenty adequate.  ~150 MPH winds probably wouldn't be sufficient to do much to that thing, and the steel plates should provide decent protection against flying objects.  I don't think anyone would be suicidal enough to willingly drive a seven-ton truck into an F5 category tornado.  I wouldn't want to drive an Abrams tank into an F5.

The only problem with that theory is this: Tornados are unpredictable. What looks like a F1 could easily turn into an F4 within minutes.  I loved storm chasing as a dumb teenager, still do when I get back to midwest if the opportunity arises, but no way in heck would I drive an armoured vehicle into one...thats crazy.

Ok, lets say he does manage to keep all four wheels on the ground in a large scale tornado. What happens when a rather fast moving house nicks his paint job...

I've seen tornados strip asphault off a road. I don't care if it is a Ford, it won't stand up to a tornado. I have doubts about his beginner welds, too.
My mind is a raging torrent, flooded with rivulets of thought cascading into a waterfall of creative alternatives.

To be honest I was expecting some cool pics of the RAFs finest on this thread.

Not some mad as a box of frogs bloke who makes cars out of pig iron that look like rejects from a SCi Fi movie!

Population control.
The price of Freedom is the willingness to do sudden battle, anywhere, any time and with utter recklessness...

...at home, or abroad.
