Version 2.04 Changes

Added the P-47N.
Updated the 3D models and textures on the P-47s and P-51s. We salute the members
of the skinner team who contributed to these renovations. Waffle - P51 and P47 interior
textures and P-51D exterior skin. Greebo - P-47D-11, P-47D-40, and P-47N exterior skins.
Octavius - P-51B exterior skin. Nomde - P-47D-25 exterior skin.
Changed the size of the trees.
Changed the ditching model so that high speed ditches are no longer possible.
Changed the size of the building at the rearm pad.
Fixed the manifold pressure gauge on the 190A5 to display the proper reading.
Fixed two bugs that could cause CTD's.
