CH Pro Pedals not seen by AH2

AH does not see my new CH pro pedals.

I just recieved my CH gear and am setting it up prepatory to creating a new account. WinXP sees all 3 controllers, the Fighterstick, the Pro Throttle, and the propedals just fine, but while AH list the pro pedals as an available joystick, it does not read any input from them, ie: the axis readings remain at 0,0 at all times, and any functions assigned to them do not stick.

Help!

Highlight the pro pedals and then hit set all inputs. See if that helps

Well, I did kinda get it to work by combining all the controllers into one using CH's utility, but while doing this, I can't get it to NOT see the throttle wheel on the fighterstick (even tho I'm using the Prothrottle as throttle on Z axis), nor can I get it to see the slider1 and slider 0, set for the rudder pedals toe "toe braking", or the mini stick on the throttle even tho che ch manager sees em all.

OK, I have a feeling this is gonna drive me nuts. Does anyone from AH staff ever check in here?

goto the c:\program files\htc\ahii\settings folder and delete the jstick.cfg file

then start AH from scratch and see if that works

Hi Shaky Stick... not to worry on the CH gear, what's happening to you is normal.

Using the CH utility to combine the controlers will work, but you must execute it each time you wish to run AH.

You can get AH to recognize the CH controlers by setting all axises in the select joystick section. If that doesn't work, use the AH joystick calibration. The trick is to get AH to recognize the inputs. Then you can program what each axis and button does on each of the controlers. You can nullify the throttle on the joystick simply by deleting its function.

Mate a shortcut to "C:\Program Files\CH Products\Control Manager\CMStart.exe"

And at each boot it will load the last map you loaded.

OK...thanks for the help guys :) Got em all recognized without using the "combined" mode, got all the buttons and such mapped out, now in the process of assigning tasks to them.

Wish AH had a way to print out what you mapped stuff to, hehe.
