WTF is CL?

Sounds like Mrs. Roo is kindred to my sis. She can turn $20 into $1000 and find every freebie and rebate along the way.
My mind is a raging torrent, flooded with rivulets of thought cascading into a waterfall of creative alternatives.
Stay thirsty my friends.

I believe he is referring to Craigs List.  Its like a giant online classified ad thing.  They have listings for different cities around the US.

My wife and I own an apartment building, and we had a vacancy come up last month.  The wife put an ad in classifieds for the Register-Guard (Eugene, OR's primary newspaper).  It cost something like $50-60 to run for two weekends, no weekdays.  No calls.

I posted a free ad on Craigslist, and it generated 10 contacts, one of whom rented the unit.

Their interface may suck, but there's definately an active community.
