i have problems with removing some wallpaper..
should i just leave it on and paint over it since its so well glued on, or do i need to remove it all before i paint.

any electic gadgets that would help me get the old one off?

I believe there is some brush-on solution that soaks in the wallpaper to make it come loose. Check with your paint and wallpaper store (weird forumn to have posted this in)
