Last night I was tweaking the gamma settings in the game and just as I hit the 'apply' button, I got a JOIN popup from someone. At this point the screen went white. I had to ALT+ F4 to get out of the game.
After dinking around a bit, I found that the video8.cfg file had gotten hosed.
Skuz...I saved the hosed .cfg file if you need it.
