Every now and then the sim will mininize
  Does not crash just  ( poof) gone
I can click it back up but for 30 sec  I dont have
any Idea whats going on
And  you know it happens in the middle of a furball
any Ideas?:o

If you post your dxdiag we can help you better.

Go to start, go to run and type 'dxdiag' (without the quotes) and save info and post it on here.

You have something running in the background.  When the other program kicks in it minimizes whatever you have running.  Better check what you have running on your system, and maybe start checking for spyware.
