Today? Hell, back in '92 one of my senior year classmates jumped out of a window on the second floor of school because a buddy of mine bet him a buck he wouldn't. He managed to land safely on/in a bush, but for a few scratches, and a buck richer too! Shortly after that all the second floor windows were secured so they wouldn't open up more than a few inches.

Thats pretty crazy. I was at Yankee stadium the day after the dude fell off in 2000. It was Memorial Day weekend and the Red Sox were in town. Dude fell outta the 2nd deck onto the net just like what happened the other day.

During the game we were at on that Saturday afternoon back in 2000, a guy in front of me in the 2nd deck up near the top almost even with first base fell over and rolled about 10-12 rows over the tops of peoples' heads before he stopped. He and his buddies from Boston were sitting in front of us and they were lit from the time they walked in to the stadium.

The next night (Sunday) ended up being the best game of that series....instant classic pitchers' duel that went into extra innings. I wanna say it was Pedro and Clemens but I dont remember if Roger was in NY in 2000.

boy... you guys are harsh.. it wasn't the guys fault.. if they had ten foot walls and passed a law that you had to wear seatbelts and helmets at sporting events we could stop this slaughter and needless suffering..
