A country can spend days winning a map, afterwards there's a few perks for those online and a reset. Anyone logging on later has to ask to find out who won.
How about a competition each tour for the country with the most reset wins? After each map ends there are points awarded to the three countries. These go into a league table, the current state of which can be accessed through the web page or maybe through the FE online.
The winning country each tour gets a notice on the web page and in the MOTD next tour. More important, it gets bragging rights.
The points could be something simple like 10 points for a win, 3 for second, 0 for last. Or have a points system based on the number of fields possessed by each team at the reset; 3 for each big field, 2 for each medium etc. The latter would give an incentive for the second placed country to attack the first, even if they can't realistically win the map.
One benefit of this setup would be to reduce the continual ganging of one country by the other two. The current points leading country would tend to become the target of the other two each map until it lost the lead.
