Whens the last time you've seen CNN interested in NASCAR?

What are they trying to do...reel in the rednecks and then brainwash them over the next couple of years?

The left has lost it's base as is the Dem party falling apart. Like Hillary clinton they are trying to redefine themsleves by appealing to tha great unwashed masses of white people who voted Bush back into office on the middle america idea of christian morality and the redneck things they think, if you pander to, the rednecks will flock to them.

CNN is no more a follower of morality and white christian ethic than members of NAMBLA will not molest you 6 year old son if you let a member babysit him alone for a month........................ ....

I don't get why people think NASCAR is a strictly redneck sport anymore. It draws the largest crowds of ANY sporting event in America. It has international compeditors, male and female, young and old. It's probably the most diverse sporting event you can attend.

Having said all that, it's no wonder that CNN did a story. I'm sure it wasn't the first, nor will it be the last that they will do.
My mind is a raging torrent, flooded with rivulets of thought cascading into a waterfall of creative alternatives.
Stay thirsty my friends.

That's why I don't like NASCAR anymore, too many non-Southerners watching it now.

You don't like NASCAR because it's popular....

I suppose that makes sense on some level.
