Few things I see:

1. Blue nose diamonds seem too small.
2. Text and noseart seems too pronounced. Add a little bit of weathering, it just seems to jump out.
3. Rivet opacity may be turned down a little bit. They, too, seem too pronounced.

Other than that it looks pretty good.

I see it has weathering, but it looks like the text is placed over it. It looks like it overpowers everything else. Maybe lowering the opacity a little bit will help?
