I had fluctuating fps with the Optimizations on, but still very high fps.

One thing to note: In the Op Object test the FPS never settled down. It would go up and down from 5 to 10 fps in ranges and just constantly go up and down (slowly, but constantly). So I took the FPS it lingered on most. Test 4 did the same, but eventually settled down to 1-2 fps stability.

I did some drone shooting off-line and shot at mainly the B-24's engines. The fire from them made the FPS drop to 17.
It caused the tracer smoke to disappear. Also the FPS stayed at 17 when going away from it beyond icon range.
Until I couldn't visually see the fire the FPS increased to 30. When I looped back toward the drones and visually
see the fire beyond icon range the FPS drop again to 17. The new boxes under video settings were checked when
I ran this test. I can rerun the test without the new boxes being checked if you want me to.
