gunsights not showing in some planes

I have a problem with the gunsights not showing on some planes.i/e I can see the default sight on the spit,110,and F4U, but not on the A6M,109,190,and 205 to name a few.

Now I have checked everything from sight alpha to head position and everything checks out. I even reinstalled the game, still the same thing

any help would be appreciated, no doubt its something simple I am overlooking    Thanks in Advance

Had the exact same weird gunsight problem when changing my gfx card to a temporary one late last year.  Am running AH on an older system so I had to find the correct video drivers. After reinstalling versions for the upmteenth time it finally worked, though some gfx aspects of the game are still off. At least the gunsights came bk. I'd also try removing the video config file and letting the game recognise it again.

Am guessing it's yr video drivers but other techies may have better advice. Good luck.

Had that same prob.  it was my screwin with the gunsights in fireworks or like prog that messed up the files saved as.
