ya Bohdi, from what I've gathered, you'll need some defence though as if the planet has even a single solar satalite the battle will be considered a draw and your transport will be sent home without the resources
seems to be how the game calculates a win, neither a transport nor a solar sat has any weapons so the battle is a draw

You can recall you ships on a mission from the fleet page. Recall your fighter and then send both off together.

Bodhi, Rhino, my CO got me started in this. Planet name "Lameegra" Location 1:204:10. Looking to join the alliance. Will have a lot of time while working the upcoming midnight shift to learn the strategy of this game.

working on assumption here, if the planet has been afk for 2 weeks, I'm pretty sure it's defenses have been elliminated and that others are already farming it, so I think you should be pretty safe, but you're returns might be lower than expected until you figure out the farming cycle, then you'll be able to time your trips to the planet to when it will have the most resources avaliable

I'm not trying to draw any parallels,..just that whoever the skinner is..must not have much imagination...spacecraft can take just about any form and the skinner stole one.
