how many ships did you send?  Small or large?

here's another tip:

When looking through the Galaxy link in order to save some Deut, use the "notes" link in the menu (or a pen and paper) to write down prime targets.  That way you don't waist Deut looking them back up to confirm there location.  Every system you look at costs you 10 deut.

This is what I have so far:

Production Factor:1
Resources on planet "ASTAC PRIME"

Metal Mine (level 8)        
Crystal Mine (level 6)    
Deuterium Synthesizer (level 5)       
Solar Plant (level 9)        

Reasearch Lab(level 2)
Shipyard(Level 2)
Robotic Factory (level 2)
Energy Tech(level 1)
Combustion Engine (level-1)

I'll be flying by 2-morrow I think if I can stand to save up some resourses..That is after I upgrade to Solar Plant level 10 (So i can bring up crystal output back to 100%, running 80 now so as not to go negative)

What should my next move be?

just to let you know you'll net more from raiding.  It will become easier the more ships you have/send and the more combustion engine tech you research.  Wait till you've built THIS planet up pretty good till looking at colonies.  Like said earlier espionage helps in your raiding. :)

I'd do my best to develop cargo ships as soon as you can.  They can be used to blind raid.  Just make sure you hit a NON alliance member adn one that has not been on a few weeks.

your NUMBER ONE priority should be small cargo ship.  You will net ALOT more from raiding than mining.  Your mines are built up way more then mine but I'm getting more per raid than you are in almost 10 hours.  

1.  Cargo ships
2.  Raids
3.  Espionage tech (to help with raids)
4.  Research for engines and computer tech


That's a few days work right there.

That's a few days work right there.


Keep in mind some minimal defenses.... I was raiding like mad, and got raided myself... thankfully I spend it as fast as I get it, so he got little.  I have since repaid the raid 3 fold, plus I leave a light figter in orbit, with 2 missile defense, and a small laser.  I think he will knock it off from now on.

I used my probes to find a prime target. Guy owns 3 planets in the galaxy over from me. Each has 50k plus of each resource and no defense. Hes been inactive for 2 weeks. I sent a total of 5 small transports and 2 fighters.


indy, it took me a week and a half to beable to just afford and research for the colony ship. I wont beable to build one until this raid gets back. It cost 10,000 Metal, 20,000 Crystal, and 10,000 duet.

Basically you can attack ONE planet 3 times a day. This is 3 attacks per planet, so I he owns 2, you can attack each one 3 times.
