I dont think its the mentionof it that is the problem. I know we have had or I should say there have been discussions on the topic before.
I Think the problem is in posting links to it or telling how to use such things that are frowned upon.
Skuzzy as we all know has made it crystaline clear his feelings about such sites.
And for those that dont know. while not his words exactly I dont think terms such as "distain" "Contempt" and "Hate" would be wording to too strongly.
So Its not surprising links to and how to discussions on such things would be highly frowned upon.
Surprised there isnt a "Rule 17" covering this....yet
