Lets say a teammate calls out "CV at 1,1 kp 1".. it's be nice to place a ship icon on your clipboard to mark it's location.
Other icons could be used, or not, to mark troop status, target assignments during missions, or even custom icons to denote locations of particular players.
Its up to the player to update his/her icons.. and maybe the ability to send/recieve some icons, like from a squad leaders map etc
Also.. the small silver/gray plane icon on the clipboard map.... it's be cool if a pointer extended from the nose to more easily line up longer flights.
If I'm feeling dorky ill use a ruler to extend the nose of the plane icon to project my direction.
