Gun "cheat" in FW190A

Please remove the only 2 cannon option
for A5 and A8. In my sources the FW only
has 2 cannons when used as Jabo with
bomb racks or the WGr.21 under fuselage
and/or wings. An option will be to set the
2 cannons set in combination with
loadout.

Standard is with 4 cannons different types.
Only the FW190F series has standard
load with 2 cannons.

Loddar, the outer cannon pair on the 190 A's could be removed pretty much whenever they wanted to. This was also what enabled them to change the outer weapons in the A8 to 30mm (R2 or R8, R8 had extra armor aswell).

It is no gun cheat, if the pilots wanted to they could tell their ground crew to remove the outer pair.

Also, different types of the outer/inner pair was only up to A6. A6 had MG 151/20's for both outer and inner pair.

Btw the increase of perf. you have when removing the outer gun is not worth the price paid in firepower.

Absolutely not true.  If the outer pair were Mg151/20s with 100+ rounds of ammo I'd agree, but they are the ballistically crappy MG/FF with only 60 rounds per gun.  The ballistics are so radically different from the inner pair of cannon that if you are hitting with one pair you are almost certainly missing with the other and with only 6 seconds of ammo they just aren't worth it.

Well, removing outer pair in 190 A8 isn't really worth it. But removing the outer pair in the A5 is.

Then again MG 151 suck quite badly aswell...
