The dots are back.

On radar and from a distance they look like bogies but then when you get close they zip by and reappear elsewhere.

This is a connection problem where Variance in Delay is bottomed out. Exit the game to fix it.

The TA might need a reset, the numbers shown in the arena is steady @5 no matter how many people are in it. Email has been sent to Skuzzy.

It's the foo fighters. LOL! But seriously I had this problem when I was on a dial-up. Since I've switched to cable it hasn't occurred.

The arena needed a reset.
When the number of people on the arena choice screen is steady and not showing the correct number of people in the TA that's symptom #1 for a reset.
I was on dialup for 3 years and now cable and that never changed the symptoms for a required reset.
