was a fun fight last night....

if you have film of the first fight (when the F6F was in the fight too) could you email it?

BTW, were you the 109F fighting the timid spit 14 maybe 1/2 hour earlier?? LOL sorry, i could tell whoever it was knew what they were doing, and i wasn't risking the few perks i had LOL

More like timid and unsure of his own abilities.  Kind of funny to hear someone actually admit to running from a bf109F in a Spitfire Mk XIV.

just an FYI ackack there was an f6f, n1k2, 190 A8, and other enemies in the area, and i just stayed high taking quick swipes, not to get into a long drawn out fight with 1 plane when 4+ enemies are within 2K.

so i can't shoot. whoopdeedoo. i know that. JB42 knows that. he11 99% of AH knows that.

since i spent all but 30 rounds BnZing withough hitting anything, i decided it was time to RTB. thats why it looks timid.

I would say that Mustaine used good judgment, only a fool or quite possibly  Ack-Ack would dive into that mess.

Nope that was me, at A154.  Weren't you also pestering while i was attacking a formation of B-24s? I don't have film of the melee at 154. Was a good fight until 40 Rooks showed up, but hey, that's the MA. Was funny you mentioned that because I came across ElevenK in a 109G6. He made a few passes at me, extended away and eventually came back to kill me while i was fighting a F6F. I private texted him and asked jokingly when did he run from a 109 vs. 109 fight? He said when it's a 109F and the guy flying looks like he knows what his is doing, lol.

not much to tell... (JB42 is my former CO in case you didn't know)

i did a sortie in a spit14, B&Z's for about 15 minutes, missed all my shots (had gotten 2 kills climbing out 1 of them an AFK guy other was a drag) then RTB'd

upped again got 1 kill on NB, then got killed by pistol real quick.

upped to get pistol, and overshot aka right after wheels up, got eng hit landed.

re-upped my spit V, headed to the enemy base, a BT was draggin something i could nto catch, looked down, saw an la7 and 109 in the weeds. dove in, someone picked up the La, i went after the 109. an f6f joined the fight, and it was constant evade repeating shots from the 109 / f6f until i got an overshoot on the f6f and killed him, then killed the 109 (JB42).

stayed up a while then got close to the enemy base (where we had massive CAP) saw a 109 G10 up, and in maybe 30 seconds had 6+ cons on him. i hung back, and after 5 of the 6 overshot, i took the kill shot on JB42 again in a most dasterdly fashion :lol.

RTB'd then had to log for the night.
