I don't know about infinite, but I do know you can't get anywhere in the state in a hurry because everything's so spread out.  Just the cross-town commute in Houston can last "forever", sometimes. Try getting to Intercontinental Airport on a holiday; talk about infinity...

slimm50 - I was in Houston in 2001 visiting a friend. I remember having the main course of our lunch in one restaurant, and dessert in another restaurant - 30 miles away from the first - LOL

And because it's spread out, and you have to drive to get anywhere, there would be heavy traffic even at 9pm.
