It's true though.
Take care of the things you can quickly take care of first. Get them out of the way.
It's the small things that you think you can put off that end up killing you. Because the thing about small things is, although they are small, they end up swarming you. Like Lilliput and Goliath.
If it takes you under 3 minutes to do (returning a call, responding to email etc.) - then get it done. Now.
The bigger things take more care and consideration, but should be treated with the same mind-set. What you can accomplish quickly, accomplish quickly. What you can't, chip away at, while always immediately responding to the nagging details that you should be brushing off and resolving within minutes.
Those small nagging details are what ends up killing you.
