Added new graphic optimization routines to more effeciently send data to the graphics card.
For the vast majority of users, this will allow higher detail settings while still giving better frame-rate. However, very low end graphic chipsets will not benefit from this as it only works if Hardware Vertex Processing is enabled in the video setup.
The new optimizations can be enabled and disabled in the video setup using the checkboxes marked "Opt Object" and "Opt Terrain". Depending on the video card, you may need to experiment with these options to obtain the best results.

Tanks can no longer fall through the shore batteries.
Gear indicators lights display damage again.
P-51s true airspeed indicators were added.
Ammo counters now update correctly in films.
Fixed a bug when using software vertexing that caused vehicle tracks and layerered clouds not to display correctly.
Fixed a bug that allowed more than 8 players into H2H mode.
Fw 190s and P-47s now display squad art.
Fixed a bug that caused the "Preload Skins in Memory" option to occasionally uncheck.
The collision message no longer echos back to the person who collided.
Added more authority to the auto-pilot's aileron control on the Typhoon.
Fixed some issues with the P-51B's gear being out of alignment.
Fixed a texture mapping error on the P-51D that caused skins to be out of alignment.
Fixed a bug that caused Intel chipsets not to be able to display tank sights or convergence lines in the hangar.
The hit sound buffer is cleared if a new flight is started immediately after the old flight ends.
