P38 landed damaged on field, slid to stop, flipped -- and graphically jiggled while still on grass. Unable to leave plane because continually "unable to exit plane while still moving" -- had to altF4. (and incidentally got credited with a "crash" death after what should have been a "walked away from a crappy landing" ditch)
