how about trading a few perk points for a bonus drop tank or 2 of fuel; you keep the perks if you land safely sort of thing?

Also would be cool if we could spend perks on spare parts.

example: Before you up, you spend "X" perks on a wing. If your wing gets shot off during a mission, the perk wing you bought before leaving would appear where the old 1 fell off.

Close, but  not quite.

Perk 1k bombs.

500's are free but if you want to load a pair of 1k's on a fighter it costs you.

It would really help give the bombers a reason to exist again. Plus help on the suicide cv jabos.
