EDIT: 420 mph at 26,500 ft. Couldnt find a deck speed,sorry.

Depends on weight to a small extent.

Max speed on deck with WEP is 343-344 mph.

Max Speed at 20k with WEP is 405 mph

Max speed at best altitude (25k) with WEP is 419-420 mph.

Max speed at 28.5k with WEP is 412 mph.

I believe that speed on deck without WEP is around 329 mph.

Max speed at 25k without WEP is 401 mph.

Max speed at 28.5k without WEP is 397 mph.

Tested with 50% fuel.
