free trial not working for me???

hello all I downloaded this game about 3 weeks ago , been messing with off and on trying to get a feel of it, when i go to log on for online play, it's says my free sub has run out. I thought it started when you 1st log on???

I got the newest patches for the game and even tried another regristration name/password any ideas???

You only get one free trial, so if you have ever had one in the past that will be why you don't get one now.

well that's not the case this is the very first time i have ever downloaded or attempted to get online with this game.  so does anybody else have any sugestions.

I wonder if, after you downloaded the game three weeks ago, you signed online.  That would have triggered the two week trial which would then be up 1 week ago.  Just a thought.

OK.... in that case you are probably best contacting HTC direct (click Support above, then Contact Us on the drop down list).  A quick phone call will soon have you sorted out, I think.
