JB12 I have 2 cambodians that work for me out in the shop and believe me those guys eat ANYTHING. Everyday around lunchtime you'll start to smell the nastiest sour / rank smell that is there lunch. fish heads, fish scales, chicken feet, just whatever nasty part of an animal you can think. they luv that stufff, won't eat a hamburger or anything from a fast food place, they think thats nasty. And instead of salt and pepper they sprinkle something on there food, i swear its fish food that there sprinkling on there food. Its soooo gross, all my other shop guys eat outside when they are eating because it makes em sick lol no joke

You guys are too squeemish. That doesn't look half bad.

Now Sushi, thats something I refuse to eat. Russian roullette with some wierd fish worm or virus right there.

yeah I have to agree with ya there Sushi is nasty... I think I would rather eat the "cooked" rat than the raw sushi... ewww nasty... i do like there rice beer and saki tho

I just ate the meat portion and on the second one several days later I also consumed the heart and a generous portion of liver.

And yes in Peru, Guinea Pigs or Cuy, particularly in smaller cities and rural areas are kept, raised, and bred in cages out in the back yard just like rabbits for food. They are really more of an Andian regional food and not commonly available throughout all of Peru.

They are revered as somewhat of a local delicacy.

the top pic looks a little vile, but only cause of the pile of what likes like puke next to the little pig

The rest looks ok. I would try it.

I love dogs but would still eat one.

Better than chicken

True free ranged chicken is pretty good.

On another note it's a hoot to see folks respond by saying "I would never eat such a thing". You would likely be surprised at what you might be capable of consuming, and enjoying, given a true hunger, survival situation.
