All I know is the bottom line..
I'm happy with it, and apart from runnig some maintnance scripts once a week it stays fast and clean. My XP lappy needs constant updates and an annual reinstall to stay fast and fresh.
Apple evangelists or "sceptics" really don't bother me as I don't trust either of them.
