 As IK3 said, the 'K4 had the 30 mm hub cannon has default weapon, retractable tailwheel (in the longer variant already introduced in the 'G10), a wooden tail (different in shape from previous version, introduced with the 'G6/AS).

Plus, it has the bulges in the wings due to the increased wheel size (they were in the 'G10 as well), the ring radio antenna placed more towards the tail than in the 'G10, and two features that are absent in the model we saw: a stick antenna placed in the belly side of the left wing, just outside the wheel well (for the new FuF16ZY radio), and totally closed wheel wells. It lacks even a belly antenna that was introduced in the 'G6.

As I couldn't find pictures of the real K4, it could be interesting to take a look at the model from IL2 Forgotten Battles:

here you can see the closed wheel wells;



here it is the antenna under the left wing; Krusty, notice how the engine coolant radiators are wide and narrow in this model, too (btw, I mistook in my previous post, they are NOT the oil coolers! ); no more support for the antenna behind the cockpit, and the ring antenna is moved backwards;

again, I think the vertical tail plane hasn't the right shape in AH, it seems to me too wide (but it can be just an impression)

are you aware that the 109's went through several vert stab revisions?

Some K's had the radio antenna mast but most didn't.
Most K's had outer gear doors but some didn't.
That little antenna under the fuselage was an FuG 25a IFF, most had them but some didn't (and was introduced on the F-4 btw).
