Of course, I only see what he posts here and what he does in the MA.  I know virtually nothing about the man.  I think its important for people to realize that we don't really know squat about each other.... definately not enough to use words like "hate".

Did the Powerslave tour in Madison Wisconsin Elsteve, (Accept opened) and by a fluke had rooms at the hotel Iron maiden was staying at. When we showed up after the concert to go to our rooms, there was a big line and security.

Long story short, we showed our hotel key, and we were let in.

I went downstairs  and  played pool with Adrian Smith! Noone was around. Was quite a thrill.

seems to be lots of American music listed so far, so i'll add some of the better(IMHO) offerings from Europe at the moment:

Sonata Arctica
Nightwish
Primal Fear
Rhapsody
Angel Dust
Dragonheart
Iced Earth

edit: one more...
In Flames

good stuff   :)

I only like the one song "Devil went down to Georgia"... I prefer the one done by David Allen Coe, "Devil went down to Jamaica"... That's one of the funniest parodies ever.

TOOL rocks  :)  As do STONE TEMPLE PILOTS.

I also really liked Nirvana's album from Sub Pop called 'Bleached'.  After that album they got mellow  ;)
