help with joystick maping

Hi all
Im new And love the game

I have a question in regards to my joy sticks... I have two. my main stick is a force feeback sidewinder with twist rudder and my secondary stick is a ch fighter stick...
what i want to do it map the sliders on the CH fighter stick for my elivator  aleron  and rudder trims
its not working for me from what i see in the help section perhaps im doing something wrong any input would help thanks

You need to assign the axis for each stick and each 'input axis'  Its under choose joystick or select stick NOT STICKMAP.

You choose the input you want (ie: elevator trim) then select the stick (ie: CH) and then the axis for that stick (ei: Y axis).  Be sure you APPLY SETTINGS before you exit the screen.

rgrt  I did that but perhaps my plane dosnt have some of the trims avalible?
