Re-submitting Hondt's 190a5
« on: October 01, 2005, 01:05:56 PM »
Turns out 2 things happened several months ago:

1) I screwed up the stripes. They had a "kink" to them, it seems, and I was basing my "steady arc" on a not-so-authentic profile.

2) Skuzz-meister never got the e-mail with the submission.

For whatever reasons, I FINALLY found my photoshop install CD (stupid lousy... it was hiding in a box it shouldn't have been in) and did a bit of work to fix the stripes and I'm going to resubmit it.

The new, improved, stripage! :P

Ik3, Hondt flew A5s

edit... erm.. wait, no that was the info on the last 190 I did, that's not hondt roflmao.

Hondt's profile is of an a5.

EDIT 2: "The Werk-Nummer 410266 identifies Hondt's aircraft as a Fw 190A-5 but the underwing cannon are most likely a field addition of the Rustsatze 1 "kit" which gave the Fw 190 the massive total firepower of six 20mm MG 151 cannon plus its two MG 17 machine guns."

EDIT 3: Oh, Shazbot! I put 264 not 266... I hope nobody looks :P I'm not going to bother changing it (too minor a detail)
