I don't check the AH boards on the weekends usually!

So we got taken to the woodshed.  It happens sometimes.  Just really rarely in our case, so I understand that everyone wants to make a big deal about it.  

So hblair, bama or auburn?  I think I missed where you said your allegiance.  If it's Bama...   When's the last time FSU had a LOSING season?  hmm?  1976.  When's the last time Bama had one?  what's that you say?  just a couple of years ago??    Oh, and you really play lots of good teams too in Bama.  Vandy is top notch!  Hmm, we beat your SEC champs 30-7 last year.  FSU never plays anyone good.  Who else is playing THREE teams in the top 10 this year?  Raise your hands please.  No one???  Look at your schedules, who's got #1 and #2 on their plate??  That's right, FSU!  

Anyways, we played lousy and got spanked.  It's happened before and it'll happen again.  Last time we got spanked by an ACC team we lost just one more game that year.  The BCS championship game.  Where were YOUR teams that year?  

Deja, actually I thought Miami shoulda gone to the Orange bowl last year and not us, even more so after we lost.

To all the Gator fans...    I know you're enjoying this, only because you've forgotten what it's like to see FSU lose, let alone what it feels like to beat FSU!    Oh yeah, what was the score in your last trip to Starksville, MS?  

To everyone else, enjoy this season of FSU "weakness".  We might actually go 8-3 or 7-4 in the regular season!  Oh no!!  How awful!

2 since the last time you won one!  Played for 3 more in that time span as well.

What's your point?  That you've won 10 (7 since 1935, several of those were split titles as well) when we've won two?  OR that Bama was good in the past but now they aren't good?  I won't argue either of those points with you, hblair!  

Minnesota even has more championships than FSU!

Well Us Bama fans will hold on to what we got. the Bear is/was the man Ole BB is a good fella too, if the Bama Alumni would have offered both the AD and HC job to him he stated he would have gone to bama so fast it would make your head spin. That was a monopoly that only the Bear was allowed to have. I bet the Bama Alumni regrets that.

Ok, so we agree that bama has been competitive for the last hundred years or so, under various coaches, and FSU has been good for 15-20 years under one coach.

Yup!  25 years actually, but who's really counting?  FSU has had a winning season all but 3 years of my life, 2 if you count the fact I was born in december after the season was over.  For as long as I've enjoyed following football, FSU has been winning.  To me, I don't need anymore than that.
