What will be done with DA? Obviously sending films to HTC doesn't help much.

How many complaints it takes before such players are informed (or warned) by HTC?

Is the silence from HTC side on that matter endorsement to deal with disruptive players by ourselves?

There were several threads about DA problems, but we never heard official word on it.

What action is taken is never broadcast.  And if problems are continuing, and we get no emails about it, then nothing can be done as we are unaware of the issue.

A post like this really does not accomplish anything.  It is a generic statement being made, which does not afford us the oppertunity to do anything about whatever you are talking about.

Action is taken on every legitimate complaint.  Screenshots and films validate a complaint.
