 The best book on teh subjects is the "Mechanics of Flight" by R. H. Barnard & Co.

 The Bernoulli rule is like the law of Archimemes - it does not make a body float, it describes the symptoms. How the effect occures may be explained from the force model or energy model or kinetic model of particles. They will all come down to the same.

 The curvature of the wing is an equivalent of the angle of attack. A symmetric wing or a flat one would fly almost as well or better, depending on conditions required (speed, AOA).

 The Coanda effect sounds ridiculous though - air does not stick. If more air from the incoming flow goes down then up, there will be more pressure below and less pressure above without any need "stickiness".
