Today on the 2nd i typed this "ok afk now" it send me a warning so i type it again thinking its a bug and i get muted wth????:huh :huh

Had the same thing happen to me, this is what Skuzzy said:

The auto-muter caught you.  Here is what it caught, "aFK Need..."  The 'fkn"
is being used quite a bit online as an abbreviation for a rather derogatory
term.  I have made an adjustment to prevent the above from being caught as a
bad word.  Sorry about that.

It is a shame we even have to do this at all.


Btw Skuzzy, no problem just thought it was strange.

The part in which it is totally tubular is what you are being muted for.  Blame people who like to try and bypass the filter, not HTC.

What i do: *NEVER* repeat something you got a warning for. Even if I think/*know* it was harmless. The profanity filter is a program. Ėts stupid. I dont try to 'reason' with it.
