At what time and range does WGr 21 rockets explode like flack?

im trying to learn how to fire this unguided rocket on bomber formations.  so far i can't down a bomber with this unless i get reeally close.

good luck.  Only done it onse.  I think it is 3 seconds and 1 to 1.5K.

1.4k with estimated 500ft drop when it bursts. So nose up before you fire, don't fire level. If head-on fire 3k or so. If vastly faster than target open fire sooner (can't tell you how soon).

Done it once in 3 years, got a goon at about 1.5

It's 1.4k with 500ft drop going EQUAL speed.  If you are going faster, you need to release sooner.  If you are going slower, you need to release closer.
