Question about accepted skin
« on: November 11, 2005, 12:56:53 AM »
I re-did the altimeter with one of my 190a5's and when I went offline to check it, it had the default. I did not change much, some color and the size of the 10k numbers.

Is this not allowed??

I do not recall seeing a bitmap replacement for any of the gauges in any of your skins.  Generally, we do not allow it, as it makes the skin pack larger than needed and it interferes with what people are used to.

I merely made the window for the rotating "10k" field taller (easier to see) and color coded the 0, 10, 20, 30 from green to yellow to red to warn the pilot which fields were best for performance :P

I'm sure I included it in the zip file. Made mention of it in the info.txt file. It was on Graf's 190a5.

Oh well, guess I won't bother next time.
