That avatard freaks me out.

We've seen one of 2 things: Skuzzy, bored, and trolling, or the power of the community as a whole. Regardless, donut is up.

I got many Knight squads involved, we launched a mission, and for the next hour or so the knit's and rooks worked together and took their fields back.

The greatest moment was watching a knight c47 being escorted by rooks, and those rooks helping the knights take back their field.  I don't think there was more than one friendly fire incedent.

If anything, that map created some unity in your player base.

Lute and Karaya for Pres.  :aok   I'll never forget that, that is my fav. AH moment.   Look at what my PM to you caused for 2 hours, Muhahahahaha!

Wooo wooot Great Troll HTC!  You guys had me all along freaking out all ready to cancel my account and never look back, thinking you were really walking away from the fighter aspect of this game LOLH.

Donut is a great map and brings back some hope for the fighter pilots of this game and for it's future.  To kill this map would have sent the signal that the fighter pilots are a mere after thought and base capture is the only thought for HTC.

It has been hard enough with maps like Frac et-al to keep logging in and having fun.  If it wasn't for the great group of guys in our squad I would have been long gone already.  Then once Donut was released and we actually had a great place to fight it felt like there was hope.

Thank you for keeping this game alive for me.

Have we? Or just a select few that you agree with? Why was the war brought to the boards the last time that map was up if the "Community" was so much on your side? There would have been no dissenting opinion.

Now, this thread is quiet so far because one segment of the population hasn't started slamming other segments of the population as happened the last time. Wonder what will happen when somebody level bombs the FH and takes a base as is the custom.

FYI The map doesn't bother me but I know it does a lot of the "Community".  I don't defend in Fighter Town since the last war started to be fought in here. If it gets vulched/taken...so be it. Do I want to see it gone? Not particularly. Am I going to evangelize about it? Nope.

I guess the "Hail, We Have Seen The Communitys Voice Be Heard. Hail, Hail." seemed a little Pompous.

By making it impossible for the FT portion of the map to be captured would end all arguing about the map.

No, it would not. It would just generate cries of special dispensation and cause more of a friction. In effect it would be a seperate game without being seperate.

i dont got enough perkies as it is and i like upen my lancs to kill 1 dang t 34 or wirble its fun droping 42 bombs
