Unless the Government decides it is a restricted area in which case they can arrest you.

Since we're talking about abridged rights... the second is being trampled on too.

Quote
A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.

as is the fourth..

Quote
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

the 10th is largely ignored..

Quote
The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states respectively, or to the people.

Methinks we stride in the deep deep doggie doo here...
The price of Freedom is the willingness to do sudden battle, anywhere, any time and with utter recklessness...

...at home, or abroad.

Congress shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation.

This one gets violated all the time.  Usually at 1AM if I'm in Arizona and 2AM in California but some states are purists and don't have a last call.
