Odd is now home and is recuperating as we speak, his energy level is low.  The Devildog will be flying soon.  He's too ornery NOT too.

Just wanted to inform you guys!  As CO of the CAF, I appreciate the generosity given to him.  I applaud all you, and will pass on to him when I see him next.

I just read about OddCAF and am sorry to hear about his heart attack but glad to know he's already back home.  My prayers are otw for a speedy and full recovery.  God bless Sir!

WOW - that is good news and bad.

Look at it this way...

At least he got a warning.  My pop just up and seized, no warning, no second chance.  He went so fast that my efforts to do CPR didn't help a bit, nor did the paramedics efforts once they got there.

I hope the best for Odd and speedy recovery.  Make sure he realizes he got a second chance that many don't get.

Odd, from one who has been there and done that (ten years ago), it is possible to make a very strong recovery, especially if you treat it as a wake-up call and look after yourself. The big thing is to get rid of the smokes.

The great news is you that don't have to give up Aces High. Shortly after my release from the hospital I found a copy of Air Warrior II at Radio Shack. I have been relaxing with flight sims ever since. Very therapeutic! :D
